I’m looking to have a set of intelligent automated agents designed, built, and integrated so they can take over a significant part of my day-to-day interactions with users. The core idea is to remove repetitive manual work and let the bots handle it seamlessly across my website, social channels, and our mobile app. The agents need to cover: • Customer support – instant answers to FAQs, basic troubleshooting, ticket creation, and escalation • Sales generation – lead qualification, product recommendations, cart-recovery nudges • Data collection – structured capture of every conversation for analytics and CRM sync • Delivery coordination – status updates, proof-of-delivery prompts, simple rescheduling Key requirements • One consistent knowledge base, so users get the same information no matter where they ask • Natural-language understanding that supports at least English out of the gate, with an easy path to add more languages later • Easy handoff to a live operator whenever confidence is low or a user explicitly requests a human • Clear, well-commented source code plus documentation that lets me tweak flows without heavy engineering help • Deployment pipelines or step-by-step instructions for web chat widgets, Facebook/Instagram DMs, and both iOS and Android push-enabled chat modules I’m comfortable with mainstream frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework—pick whichever you feel suits the brief best, just explain why. My acceptance test is simple: I’ll run defined scenario scripts on each platform; if all four functions respond accurately and data lands in my CRM, the milestone is complete.
