I need a custom solution that streamlines every stage of our operations while remaining fast, intuitive, and future-proof. The application must run seamlessly as a web app, a desktop build, and native Android/iOS releases so that every member of the organisation—whether at a desk or in the field—interacts with the same real-time data. Our most urgent requirement is a rock-solid Inventory Management module; everything else hangs on that foundation. Alongside it, Billing & Invoicing, a flexible User Dashboard, and comprehensive Reporting & Analytics will round out the core feature set. Role-based access is essential. The Admin panel drives day-to-day control, with additional views for managers, staff, and even selected clients. Granular permissions, audit logs, and easy onboarding matter just as much as the UI polish. To tie the system into our existing ecosystem we will integrate: • A mainstream payment gateway for automated collections • WhatsApp API for instant transactional alerts • Any third-party APIs we already rely on • An export layer that can feed our ERP or any external database I am open on the tech stack—Python, React, Node.js, PHP, Odoo, Flutter are all on the table—so long as the final choice keeps the codebase maintainable and the deployment pipeline straightforward. Feel free to propose the architecture you believe best meets the brief. Deliverables & checkpoints (high-level) 1. Technical specification and wireframes approved 2. Inventory Management prototype in staging 3. Remaining modules, integrations, and role permissions completed 4. Cross-platform builds delivered with source, docs, and tests 5. UAT sign-off, followed by one month of post-launch support I have set aside roughly ₹10–15 lakh for the full build and expect the project to wrap in three to four months if milestones are met on schedule.
