I need a complete mobile application and a lightweight web-based admin dashboard that turns curious visitors into clear, actionable leads for the services my firm provides—loan assistance, ITR filing, GST help and full advocate support. Scope of the mobile app • Roughly seventy interactive screens covering onboarding, service selectors, calculators and user profile management. • The home screen must showcase an ITR calculator, an EMI calculator and a scheme matcher aimed at business owners. A document checklist tool should sit close by so users always know what paperwork to prepare. • A conversational chatbot will handle general queries; whenever the user requests a quote or books a call, the flow converts automatically into a “hot lead.” • Key engagement features include telephone call masking to protect contact numbers, real-time in-app chat and secure document upload (PDF, image, scanned files). Admin dashboard The browser-based panel lets staff view every submission in two clearly separated streams: soft leads generated quietly by the chatbot or the calculators, and hot leads sent directly by customers. Agents should be able to: – filter, tag and update lead status; – open chat histories; – trigger masked calls; – download or verify uploaded documents. Tech expectations & deliverables 1. Production-ready builds for Android and iOS (React Native or Flutter is fine—open to suggestion if you can justify it). 2. Responsive admin dashboard (React, Vue or similar) connected to the same backend. 3. Secure API layer, authentication, file storage and basic analytics. 4. Source code, test credentials and a short hand-over walkthrough at project completion. Acceptance will be based on smooth calculator accuracy, flawless call masking, secure file handling and zero crash reports during UAT.
