I hold several hundred hours of Chinese and Korean micro-dramas that need to sound as if they were originally shot in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bhojpuri and Bengali for an upcoming Indian OTT launch. Every episode must move smoothly from source language to screen-ready dub, so the process must combine accurate AI translation, meticulous script proofreading by native speakers, emotive voice cloning and frame-exact lip sync. Above all, the finished audio has to feel cinematic—balanced, noise-free and fully mastered for OTT playback. What the workflow looks like on my side • Raw video and Mandarin / Korean dialogue transcripts arrive in weekly batches. • You translate with AI, polish the script for cultural nuance and timing, then assign or create AI voices that suit each character. • Lip sync and expression are aligned, the final mix is conformed to OTT loudness specs, and I receive a ready-to-publish 1080p MP4 plus separate SRT and dialogue-only WAV. Quality bar & acceptance – Overall audio quality is the top priority: no robotic artifacts, pops, or mismatched ambience. – On-screen mouths must look natural at normal viewing distance. – Voices stay consistent across episodes and seasons. The project is ongoing; fresh content arrives every week, so a reliable pipeline—whether a single specialist or a coordinated team—is essential. When you reply, let me know: 1.
