My company is ready to move from local sales to a fully-featured online store that serves customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany from day one, with the option to add more European markets later on. I will be selling physical goods only and need a professional, responsive webshop that can handle everything from product browsing to secure checkout. I want it to be built on Shopify. Core requirements • Multilingual interface in Dutch, German, and English, with an easy way for me to add more languages later. • Payment integration for iDEAL and PayPal, set up, tested, and working in both live and sandbox modes. • Tax and shipping logic that automatically recognises NL, BE, and DE addresses but always applies the Dutch VAT rate regardless of location. • Clean product catalogue, stock management, order tracking, automated emails, and a clear, user-friendly admin panel so I can maintain the shop myself. • Modern, mobile-first design that matches my branding and loads quickly. • SEO-ready structure and basic on-page optimisation in the three launch languages. Acceptance criteria 1. I can add, edit, and remove products without touching code. 2. A test order using iDEAL and another using PayPal both complete successfully and show in the admin dashboard. 3. Switching the site language instantly changes navigation, product information, and checkout screens. 4. Visitors in NL, BE, and DE see correct VAT (Dutch rate) and shipping options before payment. 5. The site passes Google Mobile-Friendly testing and core web vitals are in the green. Deliverables • Fully configured webshop hosted on my domain • Admin documentation (PDF or video walk-through) • Two weeks of post-launch support for minor tweaks and questions Feel free to recommend the best-fit platform (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento) and any extensions needed to meet the goals above.
