Expat HR Consultants & Talent Partners in Thessaloniki Project Description: Project Overview: We are looking for remote HR Professionals, Talent Acquisition Consultants, or People Ops Specialists who are currently based in Thessaloniki, Greece to join an exciting, flexible hiring project. We are specifically seeking international talent (expats / digital nomads / non-Greek nationals living in Thessaloniki) who have strong experience in global recruitment, talent mapping, and candidate screening. Responsibilities: Assist with local and international talent sourcing and candidate outreach. Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidate fit. Collaborate on remote HR initiatives, pilot projects, and team onboarding. Share insights into the local remote worker/nomad ecosystem in Thessaloniki. Requirements: Location: Must currently reside/be based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Background: Non-Greek / Expat / International background (preferred). Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Recruitment (agency or in-house). Languages: Fluent in English (additional European languages like German, French, or Spanish are a huge plus). Work Style: Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and adept at using digital HR tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Project Details: Job Type: Freelance / Project-Based (Part-time / Flexible hours) Location: Remote (Candidate must be located in Thessaloniki) Budget: Open to hourly rate or fixed-price proposal per milestone.
