I have a short, four-week window to launch three separate yet connected sites: a full-featured e-commerce store, a content-driven blog, and an eye-catching portfolio. Each site must share a consistent visual language, load fast, adapt perfectly to mobile, and be easy for me to update without touching code. The core purpose across all three properties is to showcase my work and brand story in the best light possible, so clean design and thoughtful UX matter more to me than flashy gimmicks. Payment gateways, blog post templates, and portfolio galleries should feel native rather than bolted on. Deliverables • E-commerce site: product catalog, secure checkout, inventory management, basic analytics • Blog: post, category and tag templates, SEO-ready structure, comment moderation tools • Portfolio: project galleries, case-study pages, contact prompt or booking form • Unified style guide (colors, typography, reusable UI components) • Admin video walk-throughs or concise documentation for each site Acceptance criteria 1. Every page passes Google Lighthouse performance and accessibility scores of 90+. 2. CMS login and core settings handed over with no hard-coded credentials. 3. Cross-browser testing confirms consistent display on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. 4. All work completed, reviewed, and live within one month of project start. I’m flexible on the stack—WordPress, Shopify, custom React with headless CMS—as long as the end result is robust, secure, and easy for me to maintain.
