I need an experienced Event orientated Health and Safety Manager for the 2026 Basildon Pride festival - in the UK (Basildon Essex) expecting over 2000 attendees. This event is primarily focused on the LGBTQ+ community but has a very large local resident attendees and will take place over one day. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment - Develop and implement emergency planning Ideal skills and experience: - Extensive background in event health and safety - Proven track record with large-scale events - Strong organisational and communication skills - Minimum Level 3 in Event Health and Safety qualifications - Relevant certifications in health and safety management Please provide details of similar past projects and relevant qualifications.
