# MVP Cleanup Developers Needed — CI Green and Verification Gate Completion ## Project Summary We are hiring disciplined developers for a ** MVP Cleanup Sprint**. This is **not general feature development**. This is a focused stabilization, debugging, testing, and verification project. Your mission is to resolve assigned issues and help bring the system to true MVP release status. ## Definition of MVP Completion The MVP will not be considered complete until: * The CI pipeline is 100% green. * All required automated test suites pass. * All Verification Gates pass. * Automated code review requirements are satisfied. * Manual QA testing is completed successfully. * Full-system testing is completed successfully. * No silent failures remain. * No broken UI controls remain. * No material test coverage gaps remain. ## Scope of Work Selected developers will be responsible for: * Fixing assigned issues from the Git issue tracker. * Debugging backend, frontend, database, and integration failures. * Submitting clean, structured, and modular code. * Writing meaningful Pytest, Postman, and Cypress tests where applicable. * Verifying that rejected actions do not create unintended database changes or side effects. * Correcting CI failures connected to assigned work. * Following required branch, commit, pull request, and testing protocols. * Responding promptly to correction requests. * Providing structured daily progress updates through Discord. * Bringing each assigned issue through the complete Verification Gate process. ## Technology Stack **Backend:** Flask, Python, MySQL **Frontend:** HTML, CSS, JavaScript **Testing:** Pytest, Postman/Newman, Cypress **Infrastructure:** Docker, Git, Gitea, Drone CI/CD ## Project Length The exact start date, task assignments, milestone deadlines, and delivery schedule will be provided by management during onboarding. ## Compensation **Total Fixed Fee: $1,000** ### Milestone 1 — $500 Payment is released after successful completion and acceptance of Milestone Package 1. Every assigned task must pass: * CI testing * Automated review * Manual tester review * Full-system review ### Milestone 2 — $500 Payment is released after successful completion and acceptance of Milestone Package 2 under the same Verification Gate requirements. ## Completion and Payment Conditions * Pull requests that do not pass CI are not complete. * Tasks that do not pass the required Verification Gates are not complete. * Partial or unfinished gates do not count toward milestone completion. * Superficial tests that do not prove the issue was fixed will not be accepted. * The required contract and NDA must be signed before repository access is provided. * Developers must complete all required security and corporate offboarding procedures. * Final payment is contingent upon completion of all assigned work and required offboarding obligations. ## Delay Provision Late completion may result in a contractual deduction of: * $25 for each day of unapproved delay, capped at $250; or * A maximum deduction of 25% of the total contract amount (if such a deadline is specified by management). The applicable provision will be stated in the final contract. ## Required Qualifications Applicants should have: * Strong Flask and Python debugging experience. * Strong MySQL and database troubleshooting skills. * Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience reading and correcting existing codebases. * The ability to write meaningful automated tests. * Experience with Pytest, Postman, or Cypress. * Strong attention to detail. * The ability to follow technical instructions precisely. * Reliable daily availability during the sprint. * A strong sense of urgency and accountability. ## To Apply Provide: * A summary of your Flask, Python, and MySQL experience. * Examples of projects where you fixed failing tests or CI pipelines. * Your experience with Docker, Pytest, Postman, Cypress, or Drone CI. * Your availability during the next four weeks. * Confirmation that you are comfortable working under a fixed-fee milestone structure. * Confirmation that you can provide daily Discord progress updates. Developers who produce clean, passing work and meet deadlines will receive priority consideration for long-term contracts and future feature-development assignments.
