I’m creating a real-money mystery-box experience for physical collectibles: users purchase a sealed “vault,” a weighted random draw reveals the exact item they’ve won, and they then choose to Keep it, Sell it back at 85 percent of its value, or Ship it home. Think IcyBox’s watch concept, but applied to a broader collectibles catalogue. The scope • Fully featured iOS and Android apps built with a single codebase or two native builds—whichever you recommend for long-term stability and rapid feature iteration. • Server-side logic for payment processing, provably fair weighted randomisation, inventory tracking and real-time order status. • A merchant dashboard where I can upload new stock, set probabilities, monitor vault sales and handle customer support tickets. • Post-reveal flows: automated resale crediting at 85 %, integrated shipping label generation, and an in-app wallet where users hold balances for future vaults or cash-outs. • Compliance: age verification and gambling-style licensing requirements handled upfront, with transparent odds displayed before purchase. Key integrations Coinflow, Stripe (or similar) for card and Apple/Google Pay, Shippo or EasyPost for postage, Firebase/Firestore or an equivalent real-time database for fast inventory updates, plus a cloud function layer for randomness auditing. Deliverables 1. Universal iOS and Android binaries ready for App Store and Play Store submission 2. Backend (API + database) deployed to AWS, GCP or Firebase with infrastructure-as-code scripts 3. Admin web panel (lightweight React is fine) 4. Complete test suite, fairness verification routine and basic UX analytics hooks 5. Launch documentation and a handover session Acceptance criteria • A user can purchase, reveal, and exercise any of the three post-reveal options without manual intervention. • Inventory counts stay consistent across concurrent transactions. • Odds and payout percentages display exactly as configured in the admin panel. • App passes App Store and Play Store review under their real-money policies.
