Our nutraceutical project in Akurdi / Chinchwad is entering an exciting growth phase that calls for a hands-on Team Leader. Day-to-day, you will guide a mixed-experience crew, keep everyone aligned with project timelines and quality standards, and make sure our documentation and reporting stay on point even when part of the team is working from home. What makes this post ideal for you is the blend of leadership autonomy and flexible scheduling. I welcome both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals; what matters most is that you already have a track record in leadership roles and can shoulder the critical responsibility of supervising team members with confidence. Key strengths I need from you: • Strong communication skills that cut through noise and distance • An authentic ability to motivate team members so targets feel achievable If you thrive on steering projects, balancing part-time or full-time hours, and occasionally working remotely while still being close enough for on-site coordination in Akurdi or Chinchwad, you will fit right in. Compensation is straightforward: ₹10 k–₹12 k for part-time and ₹23 k–₹26 k for full-time, with performance-based increments once key milestones are met. Training on our specific nutraceutical processes will be provided; you bring the leadership mindset and the drive to keep people, paperwork, and production moving smoothly.
