I am from India and seek a patent agent on flat fee basis to complete the national phase patent application on USPTO portal. I have been already verified by id.me. The ISR & IPRP have verified the industry use & novelty in all claims and rejected inventiveness. So, need to amend the independent claim to remove the rejection. The agreed amount is inclusive of USPTO fee.
