I’m expanding the speech dataset for an AI voice-recognition app that is currently in its test phase. I need native English speakers with a clear American accent who can record short reading passages on a regular basis. Here’s how the collaboration will work: the first session is a two-hour remote onboarding where we cover microphone setup, recording guidelines, and a quick trial upload. After that, your commitment drops to just 1–2 hours each week. During those weekly sessions you’ll log in, read the provided scripts aloud, and upload the raw WAV files through our secure portal. Compensation is straightforward—between $10 and $20 per hour, tracked and paid weekly. Reliability is crucial: consistent audio quality, punctual delivery, and adherence to the script are what I’ll be looking for in every batch.
