I’m assembling a clean, high-quality Hmong speech database and need a native speaker to help on two fronts: • Voice recording – I will supply short, everyday sentences. Please record each line in a quiet setting, delivering natural intonation and consistent volume. WAV or high-bitrate MP3 is fine as long as background noise is minimal. • General-conversation translation – Small batches of informal English text (chat messages, prompts, and short paragraphs) need accurate, culturally natural Hmong equivalents. No complex jargon or legal language is involved. You can take on one task or both, but priority goes to freelancers comfortable handling the full workflow so the recordings and translations align perfectly. Before we start, I’ll send a brief style guide and a 2-minute recording test; once approved, we move to the main set. Final deliverables are: 1. Completed audio files, clearly labeled and numbered. 2. Corresponding text file or spreadsheet with the original line and your Hmong translation. Let me know your availability this week and how many sentences you can realistically complete per day so I can set up milestones accordingly.
