I need a clear, permit-ready foundation drawing for a residential crawl space that spans 1500sq ft ( 30x40ft) The plan must show girders, supporting piers, and the exterior cinder-block wall layout, all detailed to North Carolina residential building code. I work in AutoCAD, so the file should be created natively in DWG and accompanied by a clean, plotted PDF for quick sharing with my inspector. Please show both the material specification and precise dimensions for every girder beam, along with footing sizes, pier spacing, and any required blocking or strapping details that NC code calls out. Sections, foundation notes, and a keyed legend will help speed the approval process, so include those where relevant. Acceptance will be based on: • Code references and dimensions matching 2024 NC Residential Code • Complete AutoCAD DWG accompanied by one printable PDF sheet • Layer naming and line weights kept logical so I can edit later Once I receive the final files I’ll review them against the field measurements and let you know if any tweaks are needed before we submit for the permit.
