I need an experienced public-health professional to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) arm of an ongoing Non-Communicable Disease and Immunization program. Your main mission is to design and run a practical M&E system that lets us see, in near-real time, how well field activities are performing and where we must adapt. This includes developing indicators aligned with WHO guidelines, building simple data-collection tools that field staff can handle on- or offline, and translating raw numbers into clear, decision-ready dashboards and concise narrative reports. Because implementation relies heavily on community engagement, the M&E framework must track three parallel outreach channels: • Workshops and seminars • Social media campaigns • Door-to-door interactions Key deliverables • A full M&E plan with logic model, indicators, data sources, frequencies, and responsibilities • Field-tested data-collection templates (paper and digital) plus brief user guides • A baseline snapshot, mid-term dashboard, and final evaluation report with actionable recommendations Acceptance criteria • All indicators are SMART and mapped to program objectives for both NCD and immunization components • Data collection achieves ≥90 % completeness during a two-week pilot run • Dashboards auto-update from the cleaned dataset using Excel, Power BI, or an agreed open-source tool • Final report is ready for submission to national and donor partners, written in clear, non-technical English If you have prior success measuring community-level NCD or vaccine programs—and can start quickly—let’s talk.
