I’m looking for steady support with day-to-day bookkeeping. The focus is on two core areas: recording and categorising every business expense as it happens, and keeping our invoicing workflow up to date—from issuing invoices to tracking payments and following up on any overdue balances. You’ll have direct access to our bank feeds and receipt-capture app, so I need someone comfortable pulling that data into a cloud bookkeeping platform (I’m flexible on the software—QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks or another tool you prefer, as long as it keeps everything tidy and searchable). Accuracy and timeliness matter more than formal credentials; I simply want clean, current books I can reference at any moment. Typical week: • Import and code new transactions • Attach supporting receipts or bills • Create and send outgoing invoices • Record incoming payments and flag any that slip past due • Produce a brief summary so I know where cash stands If you already have a proven workflow for expense tracking and invoice management, let’s talk about slotting it into my existing processes. My goal is to hand this over long-term, confident that our financial records will always be audit-ready.
