I’m ready to turn my modern-neo classic vision into build-ready documents, starting with a bespoke kitchen whose focal point is a statement island clad in rich marble. Countertops, backsplash, and waterfall edges should all showcase luxurious veining, offset with discreet brass accents and fluted glass for depth and light play. Cabinet fronts will echo classic wainscoting, yet stay crisp and contemporary. The look must flow seamlessly into the adjacent formal dining room, where I want a layered lighting composition: an elaborate crystal chandelier for drama, slim modern linear fixtures for flair, and atmospheric, dimmable LED strips to set the mood. What I need from you: • Concept board illustrating colour palette, marble selection, brass hardware, and complementary finishes. • Scaled plans, elevations, and a reflected ceiling plan detailing cabinetry, island dimensions, appliance layout, and the full dining-room lighting scheme. • Three photorealistic renders (two of the kitchen, one of the dining area) that capture both daylight and evening lighting scenarios. • A specification sheet listing exact marble type, fixtures, appliances, hardware, and any bespoke millwork profiles. Deliverables must arrive in PDF plus editable source format (DWG, SketchUp, or 3ds Max) so my contractor can move straight into fabrication.
