Here is what I need from you: • A structured learning roadmap that starts with core concepts, then progresses to hands-on labs and scenario-based practice. • Live or recorded sessions (screen-sharing is fine) where you walk me through common faults, packet flow analysis, and systematic troubleshooting techniques using tools such as Wireshark, Packet Tracer, or GNS3. • Practical assignments after each module so I can apply what I learn and get timely feedback. • A final capstone exercise that simulates a multi-layer outage, where I document findings and resolution steps for your review. Acceptance criteria 1. Roadmap delivered before the first session, clearly outlining milestones and resources. 2.
