New WordPress Website Build with 200+ Geo Pages

I have a client who is a locksmith based in England. He currently has a website with over 200+ Geopages, however the site is now 15 years old and the back end is breaking down and difficult to fix. We are looking to build a stunning website, with great UX and converts well, but most importantly ensure his search rankings DO NOT DROP. As the majority of his geopages rank incredibly well, despite being very limited in complexity and contain a lot of duplicate content. Please ensure your quote includes basic SEO work, for example Meta Titles & the page descriptions. I own a marketing agency and therefore I am looking for the a partner to work with going forward who can be trusted to take on other projects similar. Happy to share more information if needed.
