Descripción de la oferta

build an end-to-end NFC-Based Spare Parts & Asset Tracking System. The solution consists of a Cross-Platform Mobile App (Android/iOS) for field and warehouse operations, and a Web-Based Management Dashboard for real-time inventory and device tracking. The primary goal of the system is to track high-value spare parts from the warehouse to field technicians, monitor their installation on specific medical/technical equipment, and trace any returns back to the warehouse. System Architecture & Tech Stack Expectations Mobile App: Flutter or React Native (Must support native NFC scanning on both Android and iOS). Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (FastAPI), or C# (.NET Core) with RESTful APIs. Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL (Relational database structure with robust state-machine tracking). Web Dashboard: React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js. Core Workflows & Key Features 1. Warehouse Dispatch (Warehouse Staff) Scan NFC tag on a spare part box using the mobile app. Retrieve part details automatically via API. Select the target Field Technician and target Medical Device/Equipment from dropdowns/search. Update status to DISPATCHED. 2. Field Receipt & Installation (Field Technician) Field technician receives the physical part and scans the NFC tag. Confirms receipt → Status updates to RECEIVED_IN_FIELD. Options to either: Mount to Device: Tag assigned to the equipment → Status updates to INSTALLED_ON_DEVICE. Return to Warehouse: Initiate return process → Status updates to RETURN_IN_TRANSIT. 3. Web Management Dashboard (Admins & Managers) Live Inventory Tracking: Real-time status of all parts (In Warehouse, In Transit, Installed on Device, Returned). Equipment-Centric View: Search a specific medical device/serial number to see all spare parts currently installed or historically replaced on it. User & Asset Management: CRUD operations for Parts, Devices, Technicians, and Warehouses. Audit Trail & Reports: Detailed transaction log (Who scanned what, when, and where). Export functionality (PDF / Excel). NFC & Hardware Requirements The mobile app must read standard NTAG213 / NTAG215 NFC chips . NFC tags will hold a unique Hardware UID or encoded UUID (e.g., PRC-847291), which maps to the backend database record. Key Deliverables Source Code: Fully documented and clean repository (GitHub / GitLab). Mobile App Builds: Working APK (Android) and TestFlight / IPA (iOS). Web Dashboard: Deployed web admin portal. API Documentation: OpenAPI / Postman collection for all endpoints. Database Schema: Well-documented SQL migration scripts. Developer Requirements / Qualifications Proven experience with NFC integration in mobile apps (Flutter nfc_manager or React Native NFC libraries). Strong background in building inventory management or asset tracking solutions. Ability to design clean UI/UX for both mobile and web interfaces. Clear communication and regular progress updates. How to Apply Please reply with: Examples of previous NFC, RFID, or Asset/Inventory Tracking projects you have built. Recommended technology stack for this project and why. Estimated timeline and budget breakdown (Milestones).
