Our NGO’s membership portal is ready for a thorough overhaul that touches design, functionality, and speed. First, the user interface needs a fresh, modern look with cleaner navigation and a fully responsive layout so members can move seamlessly between desktop and mobile. Second, several new capabilities must be folded in: a set of member-to-member communication tools, richer reporting dashboards that let staff pull actionable insights at a glance, and built-in payment processing to handle recurring dues as well as one-off donations. Finally, overall performance must be tightened—quicker load times, smoother page transitions, and an optimised database layer that can scale as our member base grows. Deliverables • Updated responsive UI, approved by internal stakeholders • Fully functional communication module, reporting suite, and payment integration, wired to the existing backend • Performance benchmarks showing measurable speed improvements over the current release • Deployment to our staging and production environments, with concise hand-over documentation and test coverage reports Launch cannot disrupt live services, so a migration plan with rollback steps is part of the scope. Once complete, the new portal should feel faster, look contemporary, and offer the tools our members have been requesting for years.
