Our SaaS team wants to document its “build in public” journey and turn everyday moments inside our Noida office into engaging, bite-sized stories. Twice a week you will walk into the office with your own camera gear, capture behind-the-scenes footage of our engineers, product managers and customers, edit it the same day, and publish it across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube – and any other platform that makes sense. Because the products are AI-driven, an engineering background is essential: you should understand what the team is discussing so that jargon becomes clear, use-cases feel authentic, and demos stay technically accurate. Core flow each visit • Plan quick shot list with the product lead (5-10 min). • Film candid conversations, white-board sessions, mini demos or internal wins (60-90 min). • Cut at least three short vertical clips plus one horizontal edit, add captions, light motion graphics and music compliant with each platform. • Post from our official accounts the same day, writing concise, on-brand captions and hashtags. What I provide • Full access to team and office space. • Brand guidelines, logo assets and previous posts for reference. • Prompt feedback on drafts so iterations stay minimal. Success looks like consistently crisp footage, a transparent “we’re building this together” tone, and regular engagement spikes on all three primary channels. If you love cameras as much as code, this will feel more like play than work.
