I have finished drafting a full U.S. utility patent application—specification, claims, and abstract—yet, as a non-resident inventor, I need a U.S.-licensed patent attorney to take it the rest of the way. Your role is to review my draft for USPTO compliance, suggest any tightening of the claims, prepare the required declaration and assignment paperwork, and handle all e-filing formalities through EFS-Web (or Patent Center). The technical content is set; no drawings are needed.
