We are looking for an experienced eCommerce developer to optimize a national online store built on the Nuvemshop platform. Our current plan provides access to the theme's HTML/CSS source code. The primary goal is to resolve responsive design issues particularly with the homepage carousel banners on mobile devices and implement technical SEO improvements to enhance the store's overall performance. # Project Scope 1. Responsive Theme Development (Advanced HTML/CSS) Develop fully responsive homepage banner sections that support separate media assets for desktop (horizontal) and mobile (vertical) devices. The solution should eliminate the default theme behavior that crops or stretches images, ensuring an optimized visual experience across all screen sizes. 2. Technical On-Page SEO Perform a comprehensive review and optimization of the store's on-page SEO, including: - Proper Heading Tag structure (H1, H2, H3) - Meta titles and meta descriptions - Image alt attributes - Code and asset optimization to improve page speed and Core Web Vitals The objective is to improve search engine visibility while providing a faster and more user-friendly shopping experience. 3. Integrations & UX Optimization Fine-tune the storefront to deliver a seamless mobile commerce experience, ensuring the site performs effectively for paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. # Requirements The ideal candidate should have: - Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and Liquid - Proven hands-on experience optimizing Nuvemshop stores - Solid knowledge of technical and on-page SEO best practices - A conversion-focused mindset with experience improving eCommerce user experience and performance Experience working with supplier hubs, order management integrations, marketplaces, or eCommerce automation platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
