Descripción de la oferta

I’m holding a stack of New York State notices that need to disappear from my life—quickly and cleanly. They come from both the Department of Taxation and Finance (DTF) and the Department of Labor (DOL). Here is my situation: • DTF has issued several S-corporation notices. I need them reviewed, explained in plain English, and—where required—answered with properly prepared forms or letters. • DOL believes my company should maintain an unemployment-insurance account, but I suspect we were never liable. I need that determination challenged and closed if possible. What I expect from you: 1. Evaluate every DTF notice, confirm what each one is asking for, and draft any responses or additional filings. 2. Call or write to DTF and DOL on my behalf, keeping a record of each contact. 3. Prepare and submit every piece of paperwork needed to clear the issues—whether it’s amended returns, wage reports, UI account closure forms, or something else you identify. 4. Track the case through to a written resolution from each agency, updating me until the notices are officially closed. You’ll be working with an S-corp that runs payroll. Familiarity with New York tax law, payroll tax mechanics, and state notice resolution is essential. I prefer someone who has handled DTF desk audits, abatement requests, or UI account closures before and is comfortable navigating the state’s phone queues and e-Services portals. Please respond with: • A fixed-price quote broken into logical milestones (e.g., initial review, filing, follow-up). • An estimated timeline for each milestone, noting typical DTF/DOL response lags. • A brief note on relevant New York S-corp or payroll-tax experience. I’ll provide scanned copies of every notice plus prior-year filings as soon as we start.
