I run an on-premise instance of Odoo and I now need it to speak fluently with two prospecting tools I rely on every day—Apollo.io and Cheerio.io. All three systems must stay perfectly in sync so I never have to copy-paste a lead again. Scope • Use the official Odoo on-premise API to connect the CRM module with Apollo.io and Cheerio.io. • Keep customer information, sales leads, and full communication history flowing in both directions. • Build automated workflows that, for example, create or update a lead in Odoo the moment it appears in Apollo, trigger follow-up tasks, and push status changes back. • Expose the data you move through clear, filterable reports so I can measure funnel velocity and team performance right inside Odoo. Deliverables 1. Integration code (Python preferred, but I’m open) with clean mapping for all required fields. 2. Scheduled jobs or webhooks that handle real-time and batch synchronisation. 3. Dashboard or canned reports in Odoo CRM showing imported Apollo/Cheerio data. 4. Deployment guide for my local server and concise user documentation. Acceptance The job is complete when a new lead created in Apollo appears in Odoo within one minute, any update made in Odoo reflects back to Apollo and Cheerio, and the reporting dashboard accurately totals daily lead counts without manual refresh. If you know Odoo’s ORM, REST/RPC endpoints, and have wrestled with Apollo or similar SaaS APIs before, this should be straightforward.
