I need a turnkey Odoo CRM instance tailored to the daily workflow of my real-estate marketing agency. The goal is to handle every prospect from the first call through contract signing without jumping across spreadsheets or separate tools. Core scope • Activate and configure the following Odoo modules so they work seamlessly together: Contacts management, Sales management, and Email marketing. • Build a three-step sales pipeline that matches the way my team sells: Lead qualification → Proposal → Negotiation. Each stage should trigger the right activities, email templates, and probability settings. • Add custom fields that matter to us—client contact information, detailed property specs, and projected deal value—and make sure they appear in forms, list views, reports, and filters. What I expect 1. A clean new Odoo database (or an upgrade of our current one if you prefer) with these customisations installed and tested. 2. User roles and permissions that keep sensitive deal values visible only to the sales team. 3. Sample data loaded so we can walk through the process end-to-end before going live. 4. Clear hand-off documentation and a short screen-share demo so my agents can start using the system immediately.
