I need a seasoned Odoo professional to configure a fresh instance that lets me run accounting and finance effortlessly. My top priority is getting inventory and costing to feed clean, real-time data into the books, then making sure Manufacturing and Inventory Management stay in sync with every journal entry. Core focus • Streamline accounting and finance, keeping the chart of accounts, taxes, and financial reporting tight and compliant. • Implement reliable inventory valuation and costing methods so stock moves, work-in-process, and finished goods automatically hit the right ledgers. • Integrate Inventory Management and Manufacturing modules so production orders immediately update both quantities on hand and cost of goods sold. Requirements: ✅ Recipe costing & COGS calculation ✅ Sub-recipes ✅ Raw material and finished goods inventory ✅ Stock transfer order & transfers between branches ✅ Wastage & spoilage tracking ✅ Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase requisition ✅ Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) ✅ Purchase invoice posting ✅ Quantity adjustments / stock counts ✅ Production planning and batch costing Deliverables 1. Fully configured Odoo database (community or enterprise—your call) with Accounting, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing activated and tested. 2. Costing rules, fiscal positions, taxes, journals, and reporting templates tailored to my regulatory environment. 3. Migration of opening balances, products, BOMs, and initial stock (I’ll supply CSV/Excel). 4. Concise user guide plus a hand-off session so my team can raise invoices, post expenses, and read financial statements confidently. Acceptance criteria: every stock movement produces the correct accounting entry; manufacturing orders update WIP and COGS automatically; financial statements balance with no manual adjustments.
