I’m assembling a training package for MEP coordination practice and I need a complete AutoCAD layout of a small-to-medium office building. The drawing set is purely for learning purposes—no permitting or construction will ever rely on it—so the focus is on clarity, logical flow, and realistic room sizing rather than strict code compliance. Building overview • One basement (B1), ground floor, three upper floors, and a roof • Single core with stairs, lift, fire escape, service shafts and risers Level of detail I’m looking for a detailed layout with furniture and fixtures already blocked in. Desks, conference tables, workstations, reception counters, and loose furniture should be indicated so our MEP students can visualise clearance zones. Must-have spaces • Conference rooms, break rooms and a mix of dedicated offices • Open co-working areas, lobbies, corridors, toilets, electrical and IT rooms, AHU/plant rooms, housekeeping and store rooms • Clearly marked shafts for HVAC, plumbing and electrical routing Deliverables (DWG format) 1. Floor plans for B1, Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Roof 2. Separate annotation layer naming all rooms and showing FF&E blocks 3. Clean, logically layered file structure suitable for Revit or Navisworks import 4. PDF set for quick review Timing I’d like the first draft within a few days and the final file turned around ASAP afterward, so please include a realistic schedule in your proposal.
