The flow should feel like a lightweight kiosk: type the details, tap “Print”, and the badge comes out of a connected label printer via Bluetooth or USB. No cloud sync, no account creation; everything must function fully offline. A clean interface is essential because it will run on a single tablet at the front desk. I will supply the badge layout (logo, visitor name, date, optional QR code) in PDF or SVG; you translate that design into whatever format your print routine needs. If you use native Android print services, direct SDK calls for Zebra/Brother printers, or another reliable method, that’s fine—just make sure the result matches the layout every time.
