# Build an Offline C# WinForms Admin Panel (No IIS) ## Project Overview I need a desktop-based Admin/GM Tool for my game server. The application must be developed in **C# WinForms** using **.NET Framework 3.5 or 4.0** and connect directly to **Microsoft SQL Server 2008**. **This is NOT a web application.** I do not want IIS, ASP.NET, or any browser-based admin panel. ## Requirements * C# WinForms Desktop Application * .NET Framework 3.5 or 4.0 * Microsoft SQL Server 2008 * Clean and responsive UI * Source code must be included * Well-structured and documented code ## Features ### Authentication * Secure Admin Login * Multiple admin accounts * Role-based permissions (Super Admin / GM / Support) ### Account Management * Create new game accounts * Change account passwords * Lock/Unlock accounts * Ban/Unban accounts * Search accounts ### Character Management * Search characters * View character information * Edit character details * Rename characters (if supported) ### Inventory Management * View inventory * Add/Edit/Delete items * Send items to players * Warehouse management ### Game Management * View online players * Basic server logs * Database search tools ## Security * Desktop application only * No IIS * No web admin panel * Secure database connection * Clean error handling ## Important I already have the SQL Server database and game server. The developer will receive the required database structure and table information after the project starts.
