I need an experienced drone builder who can spend a few hours a day at my workshop in Suratgarh, assemble both mini and FPV drones entirely from loose components, tune them, and prove they can lift off reliably. All motors, frames, ESCs, flight-controllers, batteries, radio gear and tools are on hand; what I’m missing is your practical know-how in soldering, wiring, firmware flashing (Betaflight / INAV or similar) and final flight tuning. Primary focus is on mini drones that will carry small payloads for day-to-day operational work, so weight optimisation and centre-of-gravity balance matter. The FPV builds should deliver a clean video feed and tight handling. Once each airframe is flight-worthy, I also want you to stay on as an instructor—show me and two colleagues how to fly safely in both LOS and FPV, run us through simulator drills, basic stick control, battery care and emergency procedures. Deliverables • At least one fully-functioning mini drone (payload-ready) and one FPV quad, test-flown on site • Step-by-step build documentation and component wiring diagram for future reference • Hands-on training sessions covering setup, take-off, flight modes and safe landing Acceptance criteria • Stable hover for 2+ minutes with payload attached • All radio channels mapped correctly; failsafe verified • Trainees able to complete a simple square flight pattern unassisted If you’re comfortable turning raw parts into dependable flyers and enjoy teaching others the thrill of FPV, let’s schedule your first visit this week.
