I run a fast-growing vehicle-export trading company here in Dubai and I’m replacing our patchwork of spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and email chains with a single, purpose-built CRM. Because every requirement will be validated against live enquiries and my sales team needs real-time coaching, I insist the developer works beside us in our office for the full build. Core workflow you’ll translate into code • Lead Management – every enquiry (website, marketplace, social ad, or showroom walk-in) must land in one queue automatically, never by manual re-entry. • Sales Pipeline Tracking – once qualified, a deal moves through clearly defined stages so I can forecast volume, value, and closing probability at a glance. • WhatsApp Integration – incoming/outgoing chats attach to the correct lead or deal with full message history. No tab-hopping. Data capture & integrations Leads must flow in automatically from our online sources. I also need tight two-way sync with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, calendars, contacts) so nothing lives in silos. Working style & timeline You’ll sit with sales and operations, iterate quickly, demo against real leads, refine on the spot, and train the team as we roll out each module. We want to move fast, but we won’t compromise build quality or user adoption. Deliverables & acceptance 1. A production-ready CRM deployed on our chosen stack (we’re flexible on tech if it meets security and scalability best practices). 2. Fully-working integrations for lead capture, WhatsApp Business API, and Microsoft 365. 3. User roles, permissions, and audit logging. 4. On-site training sessions plus concise user docs. The system is considered complete once my team can capture, qualify, track, and close deals end-to-end without reverting to spreadsheets or external chat logs.
