I need an experienced representative to visit our production facility and carry out a Trial Assembly, visual dimensional and hydro test inspection of both in-process and finished goods. The task is strictly on-site so you will be walking the lines and observing live operations to confirm they meet our manufacturing specifications. Your scope will include: verifying critical dimensions, surface finish, and functional performance; reviewing batch records; taking high-resolution photos of any non-conformities; and speaking briefly with line supervisors when clarification is required. All findings must be organised into a clear, time-stamped report delivered within 24 hours of the visit. Deliverables • Completed inspection checklist in word/excel format • Photo set grouped by lot number, showing any defects or notable observations • Summary report highlighting pass / fail metrics, root-cause notes, and immediate corrective recommendations • Signed attendance confirmation from the production manager Acceptance criteria • Every checkpoint on our checklist addressed with objective data • Report and photos submitted within the agreed 24-hour window Location: GAOMI, China
