I need a fast-loading, single-scroll website that presents our three-person HR boutique as the talent bridge between Asia and Europe. The page must show visitors who we are, outline the professional services we offer in IT, engineering, sourcing & procurement, and luxury sectors, and then funnel them straight to a contact form so they can request our help. Design tone: professional, minimalist and corporate—clean sections, plenty of white space, crisp typography, nothing flashy. The structure is simple: • Hero banner with a succinct value statement and a clear call-to-action • About Us section that briefly introduces the team and our cross-continental focus • Services section highlighting the four practice areas • Contact Form anchored from all CTAs, sending enquiries to my business email The page must be fully responsive, SEO-ready (basic meta tags and alt text), and delivered with editable source files. You’re free to work in lightweight HTML/CSS/JS or WordPress—whichever achieves quick load times and is easy for me to tweak afterwards. Deliverables: finished one-page site, deployment assistance to my host, two revision rounds, and a short hand-over guide. I have a €250 total budget, paid 50 % on first draft, 50 % on final sign-off.
