I need a complete online booking solution that lets visitors choose an available time, confirm instantly, and receive automated reminders without any manual back-and-forth from my side. The core requirement is that every appointment must be requested and confirmed entirely through an online system; phone or email scheduling is not an option for this project. I am flexible on how the system is delivered—whether you integrate an existing booking tool, connect a third-party platform such as Calendly or Acuity, or develop a lightweight custom module. What matters most is reliability, a clean user experience on desktop and mobile, and seamless calendar syncing so my availability always stays up to date.
