RDevelopment of an Independent, Custom Online School Platform (White-Label LMS)1. establishing a fully independent, premium international online school. We will offer a hybrid/blended curriculum (American/British standards) for K-12 students.We require a software development agency to deploy, customize, and secure a fully dedicated Learning Management System (LMS). The primary objective is 100% ownership and absolute digital sovereignty. The platform must be completely under our control with zero third-party dependencies, monthly user licensing fees, or external platform restrictions.2. Infrastructure & Ownership RequirementsCore Framework: The system must be built using an open-source framework, preferably Moodle or Open edX [Moodle LMS].Server Hosting: The agency will deploy the system on private cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, or Hetzner) registered directly under our company’s credentials and payment methods.Source Code & Data: Upon project completion, 100% of the customized source code, database, and administrative credentials must be handed over to us.True White-Labeling: Absolute removal of all core branding (e.g., "Moodle" mentions) from dashboards, URLs, student portals, automated emails, and generated certificates [Moodle LMS]. The platform must strictly feature our school's identity, logo, and brand colors.3. Core Technical & Pedagogical FeaturesThe platform must be optimized to comply with international accreditation bodies (such as Cognia) and must support the following features:Global Curriculum Standards (SCORM Support): The LMS must natively support and smoothly execute interactive digital courseware packaged in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and IMS Common Cartridge formats.Advanced Question Bank Management: Implementation of a robust database capable of importing massive question banks via standard formats (e.g., QTI or Aiken). Questions must be easily tagged by subject, lesson, and difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard).Dual-Mode Assessment System:Practice Mode: A completely open, un-graded testing environment where students can infinitely practice with instant access to model answers and step-by-step solutions.Official/Mock Exam Mode: A highly secure testing engine that pulls randomized questions from the bank based on set criteria. It must feature strict timers and integrate anti-cheating mechanisms (e.g., Lockdown browser compatibility or basic proctoring integrations).Multi-Role Portals & Dashboards: Distinct, user-friendly interfaces tailored for four user types:Super Admin / Owner: For full operational, financial, and user management.Teachers: For live class scheduling, grading, and student tracking.Students: For accessing daily lessons, practice banks, and schedules.Parents: For monitoring attendance, grades, and processing fee payments.Integrations: Smooth API integration for live virtual classrooms (e.g., Zoom/Microsoft Teams) and payment processing gateways operating in the UAE (specifically Stripe UAE).4. Deliverables & Selection CriteriaInterested agencies must provide a proposal including:Technical & Financial Quote: Itemized costs for deployment, theme customization, and integrations.Project Timeline: A clear roadmap detailing UI/UX design, development, and testing phases.QA & Security Testing: Assurance that the platform undergoes rigorous security audits to satisfy international school inspection guidelines.Warranty/Support Period: A minimum of 6 months of post-launch maintenance, server monitoring, and bug-fixing.
