I have secured access to an onshore lease set in open plains and I’m ready to move forward with a single exploratory well whose sole purpose is to confirm the presence of producible oil reserves. I’m looking for a contractor—or an integrated team—who can take the well from site preparation through final logging and post-drill evaluation. The ideal partner will: • Handle permitting, HSE planning and pad construction suited to relatively flat terrain. • Mobilise an appropriately sized rig, manage all drilling operations, mud systems and casing programs, and provide daily progress updates. • Deliver complete geological services: cuttings descriptions, coring (if justified), well logging, and interpretation geared toward reserve appraisal. • Demobilise and restore the site to land-owner specifications once operations conclude. Key success criteria • Clean, incident-free execution that adheres to local regulations. • Accurate, high-resolution subsurface data that lets me decide whether to proceed to appraisal or plug and abandon. • A concise end-of-well report including all logs, sample analyses and recommendations.
