I have a completed Revit 2026 model of a single-storey, three-truck fire station and now need permit-ready documentation that meets the Ontario Building Code. Specifically, I need two full building section cuts and two wall sections—one exterior, one interior—fully detailed, annotated and dimensioned directly in the model. The two building section cuts will run completely through the structure (locations to be agreed once you see the file) and must show foundations, slab, structural framing, roof assembly, fire separations and critical mechanical/electrical penetrations. For the wall sections, I need enough information to satisfy OBC reviewers: materials, insulation values, fire ratings, moisture/air barriers and connection details. Timing is tight: I must issue the sheets by 20 July, so treat this as ASAP. Deliverables • Two detailed building sections (Revit 2026 + PDF) • One detailed exterior wall section and one detailed interior wall section (Revit 2026 + PDF) • Any custom detail components or annotation families created for the task I’ll supply the existing model, cut line suggestions and any reference drawings immediately after award.
