I need a qualified chartered accountant who can take my One Person Company through MCA Form INC-4 from start to finish. The company is already incorporated and active; I now have to record a change of nominee, so accuracy and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 are critical. Your scope will cover: • Preparing Form INC-4 with the correct particulars and supporting resolutions/consents • Validating the form on the MCA portal, attaching the required documents (identity proofs, consent of new nominee, board resolution, etc. • Generating and paying the challan, then sharing the SRN and filed form PDF for my records I will supply the existing incorporation documents, DSC token, and nominee details as soon as we start. The engagement ends once the MCA portal shows the form as approved and I receive the acknowledgement and stamped copy.
