I’m ready to move from ideas to a complete residential floor plan and need someone who can translate an open-concept vision into precise drawings. The home will include three to four bedrooms and should flow easily from shared living spaces to private rooms without feeling boxed in. Here’s what I expect: • A clear, scaled floor plan (PDF and editable CAD/DWG) showing room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window placements, and basic furniture layout for spatial context. • At least one revision round once I’ve reviewed the initial concept. • Final files that an architect or builder can pick up immediately for permitting and construction. If you’re comfortable designing modern open layouts while keeping circulation efficient and bedrooms properly proportioned, I’d love to see examples of your past residential work and hear how quickly you could deliver the first draft.
