I’m building out a new initiative centred on operating theatre technology and need an experienced professional to guide the project from concept to workable solution. At this stage I’m open to the best mix of equipment, software and integration approaches, so I’m looking for someone who can: • Review my current theatre setup, goals and constraints • Recommend the most suitable technology stack (hardware, software and networking) • Create a phased implementation roadmap that keeps downtime to a minimum • Estimate timeline, resources and any certifications we’ll need to clear Please outline your direct experience with operating theatre projects, the standards you typically work to (e.g. IEC, HL7, FHIR, ISO 13485) and what deliverables I can expect during the first milestone. If you’ve rolled out similar systems before, links, case studies or brief descriptions are welcome.
