We are seeking an experienced monday.com developer to build and configure Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) boards as part of an enterprise Operational Resilience Platform. The project involves translating established continuity and recovery processes into a scalable monday.com solution, including structured boards, data relationships, automations, and reporting capabilities to support operational resilience and governance requirements. The freelancer will design and implement BCP and DR workflows, including office continuity plans, critical tasks, ownership, review cycles, recovery objectives, IT systems, dependencies, recovery procedures, testing records, and supporting documentation. The solution must include proper board linking, controlled data fields, automated review reminders, overdue notifications, DR test tracking, action creation workflows, and dashboards that provide visibility into continuity status, recovery readiness, coverage gaps, and compliance tracking. Ideal candidates should have strong experience developing enterprise solutions in monday.com, including advanced board configuration, workflow automation, dashboards, and process optimization. Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, governance frameworks, or regulated environments is highly preferred. The freelancer should be able to translate detailed business requirements into a practical, scalable monday.com solution while ensuring data accuracy, usability, and long-term maintainability.
