I need a clean, interactive Power BI dashboard focused on operations management. The data will come from a mix of live SQL tables and regularly updated Excel workbooks, so the model must handle both sources smoothly and refresh on schedule without manual intervention. The single most important KPI is employee productivity. I want to see at-a-glance trends by team, shift, and location, with drill-downs that let managers isolate problem areas quickly. Visual cues such as conditional formatting, dynamic tooltips, and slicers should make it easy for non-technical staff to explore the numbers. Deliverables • One .pbix file with a well-structured data model, relationships, and DAX measures • A set of interactive report pages (desktop and online view) showcasing employee productivity metrics and any supporting visuals you recommend • Step-by-step documentation on how to connect the Excel and SQL data sources, plus instructions for scheduling refreshes in the Power BI Service • A brief hand-off session walking through the key calculations and how to extend the report later Acceptance criteria: everything refreshes without errors from both data sources, visuals respond instantly to slicers, and productivity figures match a small sample of manually calculated results I will provide for validation.
