I'm looking for someone that is able to implement systems where we can easily follow up on our monthly seo clients, recurring hosting, expenses, incomes, following up on partial paid clients, etc... all of this need to be automised as much as possible so it takes less time. Show me your past work and we will figure something out. to start i want to start with something simple to see your value in comparison with your time/worth. Afterwards we can go further. Please make me a simple proposal on how to efficiently follow up on recurring hosting subscriptions of our clients in a structured way pain points: clients join throughout the whole year, we need an easy to follow up system in a way we send out invoices in time, get paid in time and easily follow this up. the system can be anything: google sheet, vibe coded app, notion,... anything that works and is easily manageble, scalable. Later we will add other things like, other recurring services, clients with multiple products, ... you get the point.
