We are a couple with a two-month-old baby and we are looking for someone to care for our baby as we would ourselves, starting at the end of August when my maternity leave ends. I, the mother, work in a factory making cakes and pastries; my shifts are always mornings. The father works in a warehouse as a forklift driver; his shifts are also always mornings, which is why we need a caregiver for our daughter.
