I need a fresh, expert assessment of how we train and upskill our employees. Our current workflow feels slow, inconsistent, and hard to measure, so I’m focusing on process optimization within Human Resources—specifically employee training. Here’s what I’d like you to do: • Audit our existing training journey from onboarding through refresher courses and capture any bottlenecks or redundancies. • Map the end-to-end workflow in a clear visual (e.g., swim-lane diagram or comparable tool) so leadership can see where each hand-off occurs. • Redesign the process to shorten cycle time, improve knowledge retention, and build in measurable KPIs for adoption and performance. • Provide a concise playbook: revised SOPs, recommended digital tools or LMS tweaks, and a roll-out roadmap that shows quick wins and long-term gains.
