I want to turn every visit on a phone or tablet into a smooth, fast, and frustration-free experience. Desktop already works well; the gap is squarely on mobile responsiveness. Layouts occasionally break, tap targets drift, and first interaction feels a beat too slow. The goal is to tighten those areas so overall user experience noticeably improves. Scope of work • Audit the current mobile view with tools such as Lighthouse or PageSpeed to pinpoint layout shifts, blocking assets, and sluggish elements. • Refactor styles, scripts, and images so each page scales cleanly from the smallest screens upward—modern media queries, flexbox/grid, and lightweight assets only. • Supply a short before-and-after report that shows measurable gains in mobile Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) as proof of impact. Acceptance criteria When the mobile version consistently scores in the green zone on the above metrics and displays correctly across common devices (iOS & Android, portrait and landscape), the job will be considered complete and the final milestone released. A staging environment will be provided once we agree on timeline and checkpoints.
