I need a specialist to make my existing site lean, fast, and accurately tagged. The focus is squarely on performance optimisation: slashing page-load times, hitting solid Core Web Vitals on mobile as well as desktop, and tightening on-page SEO. While you’re under the hood, I’d also like a light restructure of a few templates so the layout hierarchy is cleaner and cumulative layout shift is kept to a minimum—no full redesign, just sensible tweaks that help speed. Google Tag Manager and GA4 must be consolidated into a single, well-organised container. At the moment, tags and hard-coded snippets are scattered; I want them migrated, deduplicated, and set to fire only when needed, with key conversion and scroll-depth events tracked.
